MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a skilled Merchnadiser/Butcher/Chicken Cutter for full-time work at our Molino facility, Cavite. You will cut, process, and display fresh meat and poultry while upholding food safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in meat processing, strong knowledge of cuts, and the ability to work in a cool environment. Local candidates preferred with willingness to learn and adapt to procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a butcher, chicken cutter, or in a similar meat processing role.
• Strong knowledge of butchering techniques, cuts of meat, and poultry processing methods.
• Proficiency in using butchering tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut fresh meat and poultry products according to customer specifications and company standards, using appropriate butchering techniques and equipment
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols throughout all handling, preparation, and storage processes
• Merchandise and display meat and chicken products in an attractive and appetising manner to maximise sales appeal
• Price, label, and package products accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to management
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including regular sanitisation of work surfaces and equipment
• Assist in receiving and quality checking incoming meat and poultry deliveries
• Operate and maintain butchering equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food handling and workplace safety
• Support the team to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
