Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist on-site to ensure accurate stock levels, track assets, and reconcile records in NetSuite.

You will collaborate with internal teams to keep inventory available where needed and support monthly KPI targets. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, good communication, and experience with asset management and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or asset management.
• College graduate in business, CS, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with asset management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Submit replenishment orders to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain logs of inventory items and supplies.
• Verify stock via NetSuite and reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive deliveries and manage asset tagging for fixed assets.
• Prepare and submit reports on defective or expired merchandise.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized stockrooms.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and support purchasing documentation.
