Job summary

VENTURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INT’L CORP is seeking an experienced dies/mould maker to support aluminium extrusion tooling. The role requires precise die preparation, cleaning and polishing using various abrasives, and milling machine operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant work experience, and a background in die or mould making and toolmaking. High school graduation is required, with strong attention to detail in production readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience required.
• Must be a high school graduate.
• Experience in preparing, cleaning, polishing and maintaining moulds or dies.
• Experience with die making, mould making or tool making.
• Experience with milling machine (conventional or CNC) and with extrusion dies for aluminium.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and cleaning of dies for aluminium extrusion
• Cleans the dies in detail using various types of abrasives, from coarser grades down to hand files
• Operates a milling machine as a part of die preparation
• Inspects the dies for wear and damage before releasing them to production and works precisely and patiently to ensure a perfect surface of the dies
