Job summary

Rockwell Automation in India is seeking an assembly operator to perform day-to-day machine shop operations, following SOPs, ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets. • 1+ years of experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts.
• Willingness to work in a shopfloor / production environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to machine shop processes.
• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, if required.
• Shop-floor based role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day machine shop operations
• Operate and support conventional machines such as Punching, powder coating, Drilling/tapping etc.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Support production activities to meet quality and productivity targets
• Assist in basic machine setup, measurement, and inspection
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area
• Work under supervision and continuously improving technical skills
