The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has 3+ years in assembly line sustaining, and can handle multiple machines such as Backgrind, Wafer Saw, and plating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experience.
• More than 3 years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with assembly of QFN, TQFP and SOIC packages.
• Knowledge of Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking and packing.
• Familiar with TS16949 and HSPM quality systems.
• Familiar with failure analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage workload and work well in a team.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to multitask with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Comply with quality policy and guiding values.
• Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
• Machine setup and repair; keep equipment operational for production.
• Ensure PM and Calibration requirements are updated.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports in PPMS/R7/R8/R11; participate in AM-PM and 5S.
• Maintain housekeeping on the production line and in maintenance areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
