Responsibilities
- Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
- Have the initiative in work and be a good team worker.
- Assemble and install various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or previously established shop practices.
- Utilize small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
- Work with the Manufacturing team to ensure on‑time product delivery by meeting daily and monthly production targets.
- Work with the Quality team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer and international requirements.
- Ensure compliance with process specifications and parameters as outlined in SOP and maintain accurate traceability through proper data recording.
- Work with continuous improvement teams to support a culture of CI and lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Operate CNC machines for trimming, drilling, and milling of composite and metal parts.
- Operate hydraulic and/or mechanical press machines according to standard procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to and participate in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of observed hazards and making recommendations to ensure safety and wellbeing for self and others.
Qualifications
- Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of related experience and/or training is an advantage.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques such as CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.
- Have multiple skill levels for assembly activities and proficiency in preparing for assembly tasks.
