Job summary

8x8 is actively seeking an Associate Engagement Manager in Manila to support professional services pre-sales, scope projects, and craft compelling statements of work. You will partner with the Sales team to price engagements, identify opportunities, and lead proposal development for complex client requirements.

The role involves managing relationships with client stakeholders, guiding PS delivery teams, and staying current on 8x8 services and offerings.

Qualifications

Experience selling and delivering consulting services in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to lead engagements with value > $250,000 per quarter.
Ability to develop proposals and statements of work.
Knowledge of Voice, Video, Unified Communications, Contact Center, VoIP and AI agents.
Telecommunications delivery and/or project management background preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of PS projects, including SOW development and risk assessment.
Build productive relationships with Sales to drive new customers, upsell, and retention.
Identify sales opportunities and lead PS pre-sales planning, pricing, bid reviews, and presentation of proposals.
Provide accurate monthly forecasts of Professional Services bookings.
Deliver engagement oversight for the project portfolio and report on schedule, budget, and risks.
Manage client stakeholders and oversee pre-sales deliverables.
