Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or related field with coursework in public relations.
• At least 1 year of experience in public relations; internships acceptable for fresh graduates.
• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Client Service team by conducting desktop research and data/information gathering for planning and strategy development.
• Prepare monitoring, competitive, and publicity reports to provide insights for clients.
• Check and coordinate with third-party suppliers, including initial negotiations and ensuring service alignment with project goals.
• Support the execution of campaigns and projects for corporate and/or consumer clients by assisting with planning, coordination, implementation, or as required.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing team materials.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and proactive in delivering client value.
