Job summary

3K Safety in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to drive growth by identifying and securing new clients while nurturing existing ones. This full-time role is based in our office in Quezon City and offers opportunities to impact safety solutions across the region.

Proven PPE sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and CRM familiarity are essential. A high school diploma is required, with a Business/Sales degree a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in PPE or related industries.
• Knowledgeable in PPE products, including safety standards and regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within your designated territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
• Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable safety products and solutions for their needs
• Preparing and presenting customised proposals and quotations to clients
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
• Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up support
• Regularly reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the management team
• Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to support the company's growth strategies
