Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking an experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist to own paid search for our Shopify store, auditing, restructuring, and scaling campaigns to lift ROAS and revenue. The role will evolve into B2B and OEM lead generation once D2C targets are met.

You will work hands-on, craft strategy, and report findings. Strong analytical mindset, independence, and clear communication are essential as you optimize campaigns, feeds, tracking, and segmentation across consumer and business buyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years actively managing Google Ads for Shopify stores.
• Proven ability to increase D2C conversion rates and revenue.
• Strong understanding of D2C funnels and buyer behavior.
• Experience with B2B demand and lead generation funnels.
• Technical fluency with GA4, Enhanced Conversions, and tracking tags.
• Experience using SEMrush, SimilarWeb or Google Keyword Planner.
• Strong data analytics and decision-making from campaign data.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and independent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, restructure, and scale Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns.
• Optimize Google Shopping feeds (titles, attributes, categories, labels).
• Implement negative keywords and placement exclusions.
• Audit and improve GA4 tracking and Enhanced Conversions.
• Build and launch targeted B2B and OEM lead campaigns.
• Create segmentation between consumer and business buyers.
• Optimize B2B lead funnels to reduce CPA and improve quality.
• Perform keyword and asset optimizations.
• Produce reports with KPIs and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate performance shifts and growth opportunities.
