Qualifications

• 4+ years actively managing Google Ads for Shopify stores.
• Proven ability to increase D2C conversions and revenue efficiency.
• Strong understanding of D2C funnels and buyer behavior.
• Experience with B2B demand generation and lead funnels.
• Technical fluency with GA4, UTM, Enhanced Conversions, and remarketing.

Responsibilities

• Audit and scale Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns.
• Optimize product feeds and ad copy to capture high-intent traffic.
• Implement negative keywords and placement exclusions.
• Improve GA4 and Enhanced Conversions for accurate attribution.
• Create B2B and OEM campaigns to generate leads and RFQs.
• Segment consumer vs. business audiences for campaigns.
• Optimize B2B funnels to lower CPA and improve lead quality.
• Conduct keyword and performance optimizations and reporting.
• Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations for budget scaling.
• Communicate performance shifts and growth opportunities.
