Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. seeks a skilled Characterization Lab Manager to lead a new lab in Lipa, Philippines. You will drive characterization and verification of advanced power semiconductor devices, establish automated test setups, and collaborate with global teams to align SOPs and processes.

The role requires deep technical leadership, a focus on data-driven decisions, and ongoing interaction with international partners to transfer knowledge and support development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in power semiconductor characterization, including SiC and Si-based technologies.
• Strong background in electrical measurements using oscilloscopes, parameter analyzers, PXI systems, and related equipment.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams or laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Lead characterization and verification of power semiconductor devices to ensure full functional coverage.
• Define test specifications and verification plans with design teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test setups to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Analyze data and generate technical reports for datasheets and design documentation.
• Lead SOP alignment across all characterization sites and ensure safety/compliance.
