Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited, Philippine Branch is seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, develop and implement solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will build model-driven apps, automate workflows, and integrate data sources to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include end-to-end development with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, plus CI/CD and environment management.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or IT.
At least 3 years as a developer, with 1–2 years in Power Platform.
Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.
Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, SharePoint & Microsoft 365 integrations.
Experience with ALM and DevOps practices.
Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform.
Waterfall Software Development methodology would be beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement Power Platform solutions.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and environment management strategies.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs.
Ensure performance, security and governance compliance.
Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate requirements.
Stay up to date with development trends and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communicate deliverables clearly and effectively from technical to non-technical stakeholders.
