Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (MFE) for the Power EagleTest product family. This role serves as the manufacturing process expert, owning transfer, readiness, qualification, and ramp for new and existing products.

You will develop and stabilize assembly processes, tooling, and documentation, assess manufacturability, and lead cross-functional resolution with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time production readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in complex electromechanical equipment manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise in Power EagleTest platform manufacturing.
• DFM/DFA, root-cause analysis, and process documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own EagleTest Power platform manufacturing processes from transfer to sustaining production.
• Lead readiness activities: transfer, pilot builds, validation, and ramp.
• Develop and stabilize assembly processes, tools, fixtures, and test interfaces.
• Create process flows and build readiness checklists and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation and released processes for production.
