Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Designs manufacturing process improvement within schedule and budgetary parameters.
• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot process related issues and fine tune processes to eliminate process-induced defects.
• Implement statistical process review on new and existing products.
• Review processing methods and provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation up-to-date and in accordance with ECOs.
• Estimates and studies production time, staffing requirements, and related cost to provide information for management judgment.
• Initiates, review and approve ECNs for product's reliability, quality and improvement.
• Performs final quality check to product before shipping to customer.
• May support new product transfers and provide remote support to other OPS site/regions.
