What you'll do:

We're seeking a proactive and solution-focused Power Platform Developer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital systems across the business.

Working closely with operational teams, stakeholders, and system owners, this role will be responsible for developing business applications, automating workflows, improving processes, and supporting the successful adoption of digital tools. The successful candidate will help transform manual processes into efficient, scalable digital solutions while providing ongoing support and training to end users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with business process improvement and wants to play an active role in delivering meaningful change across a growing organisation.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Application Development & Automation

• Develop and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design, build, and support automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Configure, test, and deploy digital solutions across the organisation.
• Support ongoing enhancements to existing systems and applications.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Assist with process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.

Systems Support & Integration

• Support integrations between business systems using available APIs and connectors.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support for business applications and digital platforms.

Training & Documentation

• Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct user training sessions and support user adoption initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation for implemented solutions and business processes.

Successful candidate must have:

Essential

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience creating workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and workflow design.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating user documentation and delivering training.

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs.
• Exposure to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Exposure to ERP, MES, CRM, HR, or business management platforms.
• Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
