Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Investment Operations Senior Specialist, Optimization & Automation to develop and implement automation tools across Global WAM Investment Operations using Microsoft Power Platform. You will build scalable Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards, connecting SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook while aligning with governance and compliance.

The role requires investment operations familiarity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience in Investments/Market Operations functions.
3–5 years in investment operations with data visualization and automation.
Knowledge of investment/financial products.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
Strong analytical skills and Power Platform proficiency.
Basic SQL knowledge favorable.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Automate workflows for investment operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
Test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions ensuring compliance and connectivity.
Create Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
