Job summary

You will lead NPI, work with global teams, and ensure high device performance and reliable production ramp‑up. The role focuses on qualification, characterization, and hardware development to support robust products and smooth transfers to high‑volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in Product Engineering, R&D, Design Validation, or Product Characterization within a semiconductor environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong foundational electronics knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of MOSFETs and power management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction, qualification, and mass production transfer.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams and local Operations to meet milestones and releases.
• Drive engineering qualification, electrical characterization, and silicon validation to verify performance.
• Develop hardware for burn-in and reliability testing during qualification phases.
• Analyze large data sets to identify risks and drive CAPA actions.
• Coordinate Design for Manufacturability to balance performance with manufacturability.
• Contribute to yield improvement and root-cause analysis during launches.
