Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Microelectronics.
• 1–3 years in product engineering, R&D, or design validation in semiconductors.
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong electronics fundamentals.
• Foundational knowledge of MOSFETs, power electronics, or PMICs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development, qualification, and introduction activities to mass production.
• Partner with global R&D teams and local Operations to ensure on-time milestones and releases.
• Drive products through qualification, electrical characterization, and silicon validation.
• Design and develop burn-in and reliability hardware for qualification.
