Job summary

Vishay Biñan, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to bridge design and manufacturing for next‑generation power management ICs. You will collaborate with global teams to drive products from development through qualification into high-volume production, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

The role requires 1–3 years in semiconductor product engineering, MOSFET/power electronics knowledge, and hands-on lab skills with test equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in electronics-related field.
1–3 years in product engineering, R&D, or design validation in semiconductors.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Foundational knowledge of MOSFETs, discrete power electronics or PMICs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction from development to mass production transfer.
Collaborate with global R&D, design, test, assembly, quality, marketing, and local operations.
Drive qualification, electrical characterization, and silicon validation activities.
