Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Engineering, R&D, Design Validation, or Product Characterization in a semiconductor environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor technologies, MOSFET structures, and power management devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development, qualification, and mass production transfer.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams and local Operations to ensure on-time milestones.
• Drive electrical characterization and silicon validation to verify performance targets.
• Design and develop hardware to support burn-in and reliability testing during qualification.
• Analyze large data sets to identify risks and drive CAPA during qualification and launch.
• Align product specs with manufacturing realities to ease ramp-up.
• Support yield improvement and root-cause analyses during launches.
