Job summary

OP360 (OfficePartners360) is seeking a Reporting Analyst to translate business reporting needs into scalable BI solutions. You will work with Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL to deliver reliable dashboards and data models while optimizing CRM reporting processes.

The role requires 4–5 years in BI tools, strong Power BI expertise, and solid C#/.NET experience. Collaboration with BI and Report Analysts is essential to improve data flows and performance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSMS).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and reporting.
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization.
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage.
• Advanced T-SQL skills including CTEs, MERGE, and complex data transformations.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI integrations.
• Support the setup and maintenance of BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources.
• Collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts and Report Analysts to improve data schemas, data flows, and reporting performance.
• Gather, document, and maintain business and technical reporting requirements.
• Analyze existing reports and implement standardized, efficient reporting solutions across the organization.
• Perform backend data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality reporting.
• Maintain technical documentation, data flows, and reporting specifications.
