Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking a Reports Analyst to generate accurate reports from CRM, ERP and Salesforce, and to create dashboards and scorecards. You will analyze past performance, support KPI tracking, and help establish reporting processes across the team.

Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in a BPO/Shared Services environment required; strong Excel macros, VBA and Power BI skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
2-3 years’ experience as a Reports Analyst in a BPO or Shared Services setup.
5 years in the BPO/Shared Services industry specifically on Customer Service.
Experience in implementation and execution of gamification.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills, including courteous telephone etiquette.
Experience in generating dashboards, reports and decks.

Responsibilities

GenerateAccurateReports from multiple toolssuch asCRM,ERP, Salesforce.
Send/uploadreports onexternal customer applications intimelymanner.
Create Dashboards,scorecardsand metric tracking for the team.
Analyze and interpret reports about past performance including KPIs,metricsand collaborate with the rest of the DFR Team on key findings and challenges.
Establishment ofprocess forreports,scorecardsand other related procedures.
