Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Data Analyst to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks for Australian client operations. The role focuses on providing accurate visibility into call centre performance and service delivery outcomes, working within the offshore analytics team.

You will collaborate with data professionals to map journeys, analyze large datasets, and present insights that drive client outcomes. This is a full-time onsite role in the Alabang area.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks for call centre performance.
• Deliver SLA and operational reports with accurate, timely visibility to internal teams.
• Support development of customer journey maps using operational data.
• Create interactive data visuals that clearly communicate complex metrics.
• Source, prepare, and analyze large datasets for scalable insights.
• Maintain knowledge of AHT, FCR, CSAT, NPS, and abandonment metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Consultants to align outputs with client objectives.
