Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help our customers and partners make informed decisions by analyzing data and building insightful reports. You will report to the BI Manager and collaborate with multiple data sources to deliver impactful recommendations and training opportunities for growth.

The role requires at least 2 years in BI, proficiency in dashboards and visualizations, and strong engagement with stakeholders. Onsite work at Bridgetowne, QC is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in BI or a related field.
• Proactive in offering insights and recommendations during stakeholder meetings.
• Capable of creating dashboards and visualizations from scratch.
• Experienced in delivering insights through comprehensive reports.
• Skilled in creating forecasting reports.
• Comfortable engaging regularly with stakeholders.
• Familiar with sales data and terminology.
• Experience with sales data analysis, KPIs, and revenue insights.
