Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Power BI Platform Administrator to manage and optimize Microsoft Power BI and Fabric environments. This role focuses on platform administration, performance, security, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement rather than report development.

You will administer workspaces, gateways, licenses, dashboards, and configurations; monitor service health; resolve issues with root-cause analysis; support deployments across Dev, Test, Staging and Production;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Power BI Administration.
• Strong experience with Power BI platform administration and optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric administration.
• Knowledge of Power BI workspace management, gateways, licensing, dashboards, and platform configuration.
• Experience with deployment and code migration across environments.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Support platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and other technical initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve incidents and critical platform issues.
• Participate in on-call support for critical incidents.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
