Job summary

Xurpas Enterprise in the Philippines is seeking a Power BI Administrator to coordinate across support teams, ensure production readiness, and optimize the Power BI platform. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep Power BI knowledge, and hands-on experience with deployment automation.

The successful candidate will mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, and stay current with industry trends to improve platform performance and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4+ years of total relevant work experience in Power BI administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI tools, including workspace management, report development, and dashboard optimization.
• Proficiency in code migration across environments (Development to Test, Staging to Prod etc.) via automation for automation and deployment. (python ansible etc.)
• Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving platform issues, including root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) that can be tailored depending on the audience (from technical teams to senior management).
• Ability to participate in off-hour work, including scheduled on-call rotations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead others, including implementing new technology or leading critical situation calls to resolve incidents effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
