Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a Senior Power BI Administrator in Metro Manila to lead complex BI initiatives and oversee the Power BI platform. The role requires independent work with guidance only on the most complex scenarios and involves advising management and external stakeholders on high-impact projects.

You will manage workspace, reports, dashboards, and deployment processes, using Python, Ansible, and Terraform for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of total relevant work experience in Power BI Administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI tools, including workspace management, report development, and dashboard optimization.
• Proficiency in code migration across environments via automation (Python, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving platform issues.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to audience.
• Ability to participate in off-hour work, including on-call rotations.

About the role

This is a senior-level position focused on Microsoft Power BI Administration within the Business Intelligence domain. The role involves leading cross-functional programs of notable complexity and risk, using sophisticated analytical thought to identify innovative solutions. The individual is accountable for their work and others, setting standards around which others will operate. This position works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. The individual will act as an advisor to management and key external stakeholders on broad-ranging projects.

About you

• Ability to participate in off-hour work, including scheduled on-call rotations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead others, including implementing new technology or leading critical situation calls to resolve incidents effectively.
