Job summary

Hoya is seeking a Power BI-focused professional to drive data-enabled decision-making. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to track value realization, portfolio performance, and continuous improvement across the CoE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Power BI development or BI/data analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for value realization tracking and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into analytical outputs.
Ensure accuracy and standardization of performance data across CoE reporting.
Develop frameworks and metrics to evaluate digital initiatives and measure value outcomes.
