Job summary

Qualifications

CLIENT PROFILE: A leading global digital enterprise driving innovation, data-enabled decisions, and transformative solutions across industries.

Work Setup: Hybrid(2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Work Schedule: Dayshift(Monday-Friday)

Join our Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive data-enabled decision-making across Group Digital. In this role, you’ll develop Power BI dashboards, performance reports, and analytical insights that track value realization, monitor portfolio performance, and support continuous improvement. You’ll set reporting standards, share best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality analytics across the CoE.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Value Realization

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, performance, and value outcomes.

Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver structured analytical outputs.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization of performance data.

Support frameworks and metrics for evaluating digital initiatives.

Power BI Development & Data Management

Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Power BI reports, datasets, data models, and flows.

Perform data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and validation using Power Query and DAX.

Ensure alignment with data governance and secure data handling standards.

Draft reporting guidelines, dashboard standards, and visualization best practices.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, hands-on demos, and learning materials for delivery teams.

Promote adoption of CoE-approved analytics practices across functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with functional teams to align reporting requirements and methodologies.

Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting and streamline analytical processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in Power BI development, BI, or data analysis roles.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices.

Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and value measurement.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills across multicultural teams.

Strong ownership, proactive time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience establishing reporting standards or process guidelines.

Exposure to IT projects, digital transformation, or portfolio management.

Familiarity with Power Automate or similar workflow tools.

SQL or other data source integration experience.

Ability to train users and communicate complex data concepts clearly.

Positive, adaptable approach under tight timelines.

Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
