Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst skilled in Power BI to design and implement end‑to‑end BI solutions, transforming data into actionable insights. You will ingest data from multiple sources, build data models, and develop KPI dashboards for operational teams and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in BI, strong Excel and Power Query skills, and fluent English for collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor‑level technical degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Data, or related field.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI roles.
• Demonstrable portfolio of end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI and Excel.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) for international team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI covering ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Connect, clean, and transform data from CSV, Excel, SharePoint, and databases using Power Query.
• Develop relational data models and DAX measures to track complex KPIs.
• Create clean, business-oriented dashboards for ops to executives.
