Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain data models and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models, ensure data quality, and support multiple departments with financial reporting.

The role requires 4+ years in data analysis, BI experience, and strong communication. Hybrid work policy applies; travel ~5% may be required, with a non-profit environment focused on child welfare.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related areas.
• Experience in international non-profit or multinational settings.
• 1+ year with BI tools or financial software and reporting tools.
• 2+ years of Power BI data modelling and writing complex DAX code.
• Bachelor/University degree in Finance, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimize data models per standards.
• Gather requirements and translate into data models/reports.
• Maintain data sources for models/reports and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain Power BI data models for financial reporting and other departments.
• Provide user support for existing models.
• Document data models and fields thoroughly.
• Design and implement data governance to support data management.
• Collaborate with departments for timely refresh and validation.
• Attend meetings and events as assigned.
