World Vision International is seeking a data analytics professional to design and maintain data models and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models, ensure data quality, and support multiple departments with financial reporting.
The role requires 4+ years in data analysis, BI experience, and strong communication. Hybrid work policy applies; travel ~5% may be required, with a non-profit environment focused on child welfare.

This position is responsible for developing new data models, and for optimizing and maintaining existing data models for financial and data analysis. This position will be responsible for analysing, designing, structuring and managing data sources that support business requirements and align with enterprise standards. This position requires strong technical skills in business analytics particularly with MS Excel, DAX formula language, Power BI Data Modeling and/or related technology. This requires advanced knowledge and skills in developing reports and dashboards using tools including, but not limited to, Power BI and Excel.
5% Travel as needed. If employed in GCMO, this position is eligible for hybrid work and its application must comply with GCMO and/or GFSC hybrid policies and procedures.
