Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics or related areas.
• Experience in an international non-profit or multinational organization.
• At least 1 year of experience with BI tools or financial software and reporting.
• At least 2 years of experience in Power BI data modelling and writing complex DAX code.
• Bachelor's or University degree in Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimize data models for reporting.
• Gather requirements and translate into datasets and reports.
• Maintain data sources and ensure data integrity.
• Provide user support for data models and dashboards.
• Govern data governance and collaborate with departments.
• Ensure timely data refresh and validation of models.
