Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines in Taguig is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and to manage the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.

You will participate in stakeholder workshops, support solution design, and contribute to Go/No-Go decisions within Agile ceremonies, ensuring traceability from requirements through to release.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
• Support solution design and business process modelling.
• Support SIT/UAT, acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability from requirements → build → testing → release.
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and delivery teams.
