Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines Taguig is seeking a knowledgeable professional to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. You’ll facilitate workshops and manage the backlog with Jira, aligning with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

You will support solution design, process modelling, and SIT/UAT activities while maintaining traceability from requirements to release.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Facilitation of stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and backlog management in Jira.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
• Support solution design and business process modelling.
• Support SIT/UAT, acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability from requirements → build → testing → release.
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and delivery teams.
