DXC Technology Inc. in Taguig is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and manage the product backlog using Jira. You will support solution design, map dependencies, and participate in Agile ceremonies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes requirement traceability, process improvement, and ensuring alignment across business, technical, and delivery units in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
• Support solution design and business process modelling.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions.
