Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines Taguig is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into user stories, manage requirements, and support agile delivery. This on-site role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive value across our IT transformation projects.

You will participate in workshops, maintain backlog with the Product Owner, conduct impact analysis, and support SIT/UAT, validation, and release activities, ensuring traceability from requirements to release.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-alignment sessions.
• Proven backlog prioritization and collaboration with Product Owner.
• Knowledge of agile delivery and requirements traceability from inception to release.

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
• Support solution design and business process modelling.
• Support SIT/UAT, acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability from requirements → build → testing → release.
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and delivery teams.
