Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to lead the territory's growth in Benguet, Philippines. You will drive sales, manage collections, and contribute to financial growth within your assigned area.

You will develop territory plans, forecast monthly performance, and pursue business opportunities while coordinating with field technicians and marketing programs. A relevant degree and agricultural industry exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of one of the listed degrees.
• Experience in feeds and agriculture industry is an advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Has a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the over-all achievement of sales, collection and financial growth objectives of the territory.
• Develops the over-all territory plan which includes customer segmentation and development.
• Manages the territory monthly forecast.
• Spots business development opportunities within his territory (new products/extensions, new customers etc.).
• Ensures the execution of national marketing programs within his territory.
• Directly handles field technicians.
