The candidate should have 2–5 years in broiler breeder operations, a degree in Agriculture/Animal Science (preferred), and PRC license (preferred). Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential.

• 2–5 years experience in broiler breeder operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of egg collection and farm routines.
• License/s: PRC License (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily farm operations.
• Monitor flock and respond to issues.
• Oversee egg collection and quality control.
• Enforce biosecurity standards (critical).
• Coordinate and execute feed trials (strict).
• Record and report data (critical).
• Monitor equipment and facilities.
• Maintain records: inventory, work schedules, communications.
