PROBUS VENTURES INC. in the Philippines seeks a Territory Sales Officer to drive Postpaid FiberX internet acquisition through Direct to Retailer and Direct to Subscriber channels. You will lead the sales effort across designated provinces, ensuring alignment with company directives and policy compliance.

You will recruit and develop a productive sales team, hit MTD and YTD targets, and push for business growth while maintaining operational standards and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and developing sales teams.
• Familiar with channel sales (DT Retailer/Subscriber).
• Ability to meet monthly and yearly acquisition targets.
• Understanding of postpaid fiber internet sales.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, build and develop Sales Team Leaders, ISA, and third-party channels.
• Deliver timely MTD and YTD new acquisition targets.
• Ensure compliance with client and PVI sales policies and processes.
• Achieve business goals and targets.
