You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Strong relationship building and CRM record-keeping are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to present Fibre home's products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer needs and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales whilst ensuring profitability
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts for customer review and approval
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Fibre home's brand and generate leads
