Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group is seeking a Sales Executive in Eastwood, Quezon City to drive growth in the telecommunications and networking market. You will build relationships with ISPs, telcos, and enterprise clients, promote fiber solutions, and close deals.

The role offers direct hire, a path for fresh graduates, nationwide travel, and a negotiable salary up to PHP 50,000 per month based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Top 10 Universities); 1+ year of relevant sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fiber optics, ISP infrastructure, GPON/EPON, OLTs, or ONTs is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with ISPs, telcos, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
• Promote and sell OLT, ONT, GPON/EPON, and fiber networking solutions.
• Generate new leads through prospecting, field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product implementation and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Travel nationwide for customer meetings and business development.
