Job summary

Pitakamo It Solutions And Marketing Corp. is seeking a POS Trainer to deliver comprehensive training for cashiers across branch locations on the company’s POS system.

You will conduct orientation, demonstrate login and transaction workflows, process payments, and ensure end-of-day procedures are understood. The trainer will monitor progress, update training materials, and coordinate schedules with Operations to ensure consistent POS security and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of POS systems and basic computer operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Patience to train employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with careful handling of transactions and reports.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct POS training and orientation for new employees and branch staff.
• Demonstrate POS use: login, product search, sales, discounts, and payments.
• Coach and assess trainees; monitor performance and training completion.
• Maintain training materials and provide reports to Management.
• Coordinate training schedules with Operations team and branch supervisors.
• Ensure cash handling and POS security procedures are followed.
• Assist branches with POS-related issues and escalate technical problems.
• Travel to branches when required.
