Job summary

UTAK is seeking an Implementation Specialist in the Philippines to guide clients from onboarding to everyday success with UTAK POS. You’ll work with business owners and their teams, helping them understand the system, answer real questions, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

The role focuses on training delivery, product education, and ongoing client engagement, with occasional on-site training visits to client stores to better understand their operations.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping others learn and be able to explain ideas clearly.
• Ability to deliver clear, practical training and adapt to different audiences.
• Strong communication skills and patient, proactive approach to client questions.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients from onboarding to ongoing success with UTAK POS.
• Conduct 1-on-1 and group training sessions.
• Explain features, benefits, and real-world use cases of the product.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot to enable confident product use.
• Break down complex processes into easy-to-understand lessons for varied users.
• Regularly check in with clients to ensure continued value from the product.
• Gather client feedback to improve training materials and methods.
• Work with product, support, tech, and sales teams to stay aligned on updates.
• Maintain training records and client progress notes for operations.
• Occasionally visit client stores for in-person trainings.
