Home Credit Philippines seeks a POS Loan Product Specialist to manage product codes and parameters, support pilot rollouts, and handle reporting for POS initiatives. You will prepare presentations and coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Sales Analytics to drive improvement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, fluent English, and the ability to work across departments to ensure smooth product operations and documentation upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Manages POS Loan product codes with setup and parameter configuration.
• Monitors contracts with partner brands and retailers.
• Prepares reports and alerts for product code issues.
• Supports product rollout, testing, pilots and back-office activities.
• Coordinates with Finance, Risk, Sales Analytics, Online and others for reports.
• Ensures up-to-date product documentation and process maps.
• Delivers periodic presentations related to POS Loan initiatives and data inputs.
