Job summary

Partnersolutions Co. is seeking an Implementation & Maintenance Support professional to manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of POS systems for retail and restaurant clients.

The role ensures successful go-lives, post-implementation support, and stable operations across store locations. The candidate should have IT/CS background with 1–3 years in technical support or system implementation, and be capable of fieldwork, troubleshooting, and coordinating with teams to meet

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or system implementation (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may apply).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel for store deployments.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle deployment, configuration, and go-live of POS systems and peripherals.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for POS terminals and related hardware/software.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for deployment schedules and field visits.
• Document issues, fixes, and system configurations for future reference.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when needed.
