Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Accounting/Finance designation (such as CFA, CPA) considered an asset.
• 2+ years in Financial Services with exposure to P&L reporting or operation processing.
• Product knowledge of domestic, global and OTC security markets, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Hedge Funds.
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client SLAs across data validation and processing.
• Validate feeds and resolve/escalate feed issues; setup new accounts in centralized system.
• Drive automation quality for trading, accruals, broker, and related data; optimize processes and middleware.
• Load/processing and amendments of all trades; GL bookings and amendments; leverage automation where available.
• Maintain data quality standards and KPI tracking across clients and vendors.
• Support audits/conversions and new launches; review and coach junior staff.
