Qualifications

• Experience with DBPool or similar database pool tools in a financial operations context.
• Foundational understanding of capital markets instruments and asset management concepts.
• Familiarity with registrars and transfer agents operations and investor records.
• Exposure to fund administration including NAV inputs and corporate actions.
• Experience in wealth management operations data maintenance and reporting workflows.
• Strong English language capability for written and verbal communication in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily asset management data processing by using DBPool to extract, validate and reconcile transactional information across capital markets systems.
• Monitor database pool health and performance across rotational shifts and escalate data anomalies promptly.
• Execute workflows for trade capture, settlement and position updates per defined procedures.
• Prepare operational metrics and status reports using DBPool outputs to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model to refine data requirements and testing efforts.
• Document recurring issues in DBPool processes and support implementation of checks to reduce risk.
• Assist with investor records validation, transaction histories and allocation data for accurate share registers.
• Coordinate with upstream teams to publish timely NAV and valuations to investors.
• Maintain product and client data in DBPool-enabled systems to support portfolio reporting for end clients.
• Communicate procedures clearly and coordinate handovers across shifts in global teams.
• Adhere to risk and compliance guidelines when handling financial data and client information.
• Support incident and change management for DBPool components to ensure safe deployments.
