Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience in lending, relationship management or branch banking preferred.
• Familiarity with loan products and cash management services.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve post-booking requests requiring Portfolio Manager-level disposition.
• Handle KCL renewals, extensions, and related approvals.
• Analyze rate reduction and fee waiver requests for clients.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, due diligence and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve escalated client inquiries and complex transactions.
• Monitor transaction turnaround times and bank policies; prepare management reports.
• Support team projects and administrative activities.
